Heat Pumps in Lynn and Nearby Towns
Lynn, Swampscott, Nahant, Saugus, Salem, Revere and the towns along Route 1 and the shore.
From our base in Lynn, we put in heat pumps and lend a hand with rebates and financing all around the area: Swampscott, Nahant, Saugus, Salem, Revere, Malden and Melrose, plus Peabody, Lynnfield and Marblehead. Houses change a lot in just a few miles. Triple-deckers, two-families, wood-frame colonials, capes and shore cottages each hold heat their own way, and what's in the basement could be oil, gas or electric baseboard. The programs change too. In Peabody, Lynnfield and Marblehead, power comes from a town-owned municipal light plant that sets its own heat pump incentives; most other towns nearby are Mass Save territory.
Close to the ocean
Shore homes take a beating from winter wind. We size for it room by room so the system keeps pace.
Light plant towns
Where a town-owned light plant sells the electricity, we'll explain its rebate and whether the HEAT Loan still works through your gas company.
The same crew everywhere
Whichever town you call home, (339) 300-1805 connects you with this one crew, working the same careful way.

One Approach, Whatever the Town
Our way of working doesn't change at the town line. Each house gets measured for heat loss, each proposal lists the gear, what it costs, an estimated rebate and the loan figure, and each install wraps up with testing and a tour of the controls.
What does change is which programs apply. Most homes around here are Mass Save customers, so a whole-home rebate plus 0% HEAT Loan money can come into play once conditions are met. In light plant towns, the town's own incentive stands in for Mass Save on the electric side, and we'll help you figure out whether the HEAT Loan still works through your gas company.
